The Apprentice
Theo (the one on the left) is our expert counter, role player, nursery rhymes singer and chief coloring officer. As Theo's personal Mentor, I try my best to educate him on all-things-80's, Star Wars, and why Megatron would kick Pepper Pig's ass. Everyday is a new adventure with Theo, and this old dog is starting to learn lots of new things from Gen Alpha.
Cyber Security (CISO)
Speaking of old dogs, Freddie the Westie takes all security matters very seriously. He literally considers all things as a potential threat and not shy to escalate. Despite his gruff exterior, he is always on-hand for cuddles. He favors walk n' talk meetings or outdoor meetings if possible.

Don't be deceived by his unshaven appearance, nor his unhinged expression. Our Chief Edible Officer is has a wealth of experience and long list of accomplishments.
Chair-Women
Emma is a successful business women, loving wife and doting mother. More importantly, she signs off the cheques for Dave's crazy idea's, and pretty much does the unpaid job of my Executive Assistant.
If it was easy it wouldn't be worth doing. I seem to have a strange compulsion for taking up sports that cause far too many injuries from Sky diving, Mountain Biking, Kick Boxing, Capoeira, Bull running to Scuba, but none of which are as anxiety inducing as being a Commercially focused IT Leader in public sector heavy region :)
